Purpose

The B2B Platform is an online marketplace for buyers and suppliers operating in Afghanistan. Users are able to exchange information about tenders and business opportunities and register for training sessions and trade shows. The site also provides market and investment information to interested individuals.

PDT collects information solely for registration purposes to the extent necessary to carry out the program's function.

Consent

Submitting your information to the program and PDT is strictly voluntary. An organization or individual is free to refuse or withdraw his or her consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his or her Information at any time upon providing reasonable notice to PDT.

PDT collects information from its users when they register to gain access to our services or at other specific instances. Once a user registers, he/she is no longer anonymous to PDT and it is deemed that the user has given PDT the right to publish the desired company and contact details for use in the program.

By submitting information about your business, you have knowledge of and consent to the collection, use or disclosure of that information within the scope of the described purpose, above.

Collection

PDT collects user information only for the purposes identified in this Policy. PDT shall only collect information by fair and lawful means.

Use, Disclosure and Retention

Information shall not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or business. Information shall be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

An individual or organization who believes any information concerning that individual or business is not correct may request an update of the information. We reserve the right not to change any Personal Information but will append any alternative text the individual concerned believes appropriate.

Updating Your Information

You have the right to demand that your personal information be deleted from the program.
